Where is our data hosted?
On EDUBase-managed cloud servers, with each school in its own database. EDUBase runs hosting, backups, monitoring and updates; the school needs only a browser.
Can a campus accountant see another campus?
Not unless you allow it. Every staff login carries a campus scope, and privileges are set per screen and per action.
Who can approve a discount or a salary change?
You choose. Payments, discounts, salary changes and admissions can be routed through a second person before they take effect.
Is there an audit trail?
Yes. User Logging records who created, changed or deleted what, opens the record and highlights the change; a daily summary reaches the owner.
