What Cloud Hosting, Backups does

EDUBase Cloud is hosted and maintained by the EDUBase team. Every school has its own separate database, staff sign in with a school code plus username, parents with a one-time code, and the platform is monitored around the clock with automatic alerts.

One database per school

Your records are never mixed with another school's.

Institute code login

Staff sign in with the school's code, a username and password; sessions expire.

Parent OTP login

Parents log in with a rotating one-time code sent to the registered mobile.

Backups

Regular database backups kept off the application servers.

Monitoring

External monitoring of the servers, the resolver and the messaging gateway with alerting.

Encrypted transport

All portal and app traffic runs over HTTPS.

Device tokens

Attendance tablets and phones use their own revocable credentials.
