Seven things the EDUBase team does for every school

Onboarding & data migration

The school fills a student data Excel (campus and fee details included); the EDUBase team uploads it, confirms with a screenshot, and shares the login URL, institute code and admin credentials with a how-to video. Old dues and past payments can be loaded so the first challan is right.

Training

Live online training sessions (Google Meet) scheduled on request, plus module-wise YouTube playlists (Student Management, Fee Management, HRM, Finance, Exams, colour themes, bulk attendance) and an in-app Docs page and AI assistant for self-service.

Support

Support by WhatsApp group, phone and in-app assistant, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days for live help; the AI assistant, tutorial videos and documentation are available round the clock.

New features and options to meet an institution's requirements are added by the EDUBase team.

Bank integration setup

EDUBase configures the routing with the school's bank, shares test vouchers and confirms the bank's inquiry/payment tests before vouchers go live.

How long does onboarding take?

Most schools go live within days of returning the filled Excel. Larger groups with several campuses take a little longer because fee plans and users are set up per campus.

What support do we get after go-live?

WhatsApp group, phone and the in-app assistant for live help from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on working days; the AI assistant, tutorial videos and documentation are available round the clock.

Can you add something specific to our school?

Do we need to install updates?
