Questions about AI in EDUBase

Does the AI change our data by itself?
No. The assistant answers questions and, on screens that support it, proposes form fields for a person to review and save. The account scan is read-only and lists items for a person to confirm.
Which languages does it understand?
English and Roman Urdu (Urdu written in Latin letters), typed or spoken.
Where does it get its answers?
From EDUBase's own knowledge base of how-to articles, with links to the exact portal screen and the tutorial video. It does not browse the internet for answers.
What runs automatically without AI?
