What AI Assistant does

An AI support assistant sits inside the portal and answers how-to questions from EDUBase's own knowledge base, with links to the exact screen and tutorial video. It understands Roman Urdu, accepts voice input, can pre-fill a form for you to review, summarises PTM voice notes, and can scan account data for inconsistencies.
