Do we have to buy SMS from EDUBase?
No. The free SMS app uses your own SIM package. Branded SMS and WhatsApp are optional add-ons.
Can we send the fee voucher on WhatsApp in bulk?
Reminders and notifications go out in bulk on WhatsApp; the voucher itself is paid at the bank or printed.
