Why does last year's fee report change after promotion?
Live reports follow the student's current class. The Fee Audit Report uses the class recorded on each challan when it was issued, so history stays put.
Can the owner see collections without logging into the web portal?
Yes. The Owner App shows collection, defaulter and daily profit/loss figures on the phone.
